How would folks code "neuropathy"? Nothing else; just "neuropathy".

I would query context, but that is not what you asked. When you go to neuropathy, neuropathic in the alphabetical index tells you to see also disorder, nerve. Otherwise, with no other information, you code what it says, 355.9. If you go to disorder, nerve with no other info it sends you to 349.9.
