I have a charge ticket that needs revitalized. I have just one code that is no longer in the CPT, so I need to know what to replace it with. The old code is 63651. I see 63655, 63663-64. I am not sure which one will be closest to the 63651 as I can't find a book to see its description. Anybody?
 
Hi,

For neurostimulator electrode placement we have only two CPT codes. Percutaneous method (63650) and Laminectomy method (63655). Try to find with the detailed description of the procedure from the OP report if available.
