Wiki Neurosurgeon Assistant at surgery and Post op care only

My neurosurgeon assisted another neurosurgeon (not part of our practice) in surgery. Now the patient will be transfered to my neurosurgeon for post op care only. Is it possible to report with an 80 modifier and a 55 modifier and get reimbursement for both?
