Can someone please help me I need a CPT code for an Exploration of frontotemporal craniotomy, debridement and partial frontal lobectomy. On the CT scan it showed a large area of cerebral edema-encephalomalacia involving the basal frontal lobe. Diganosis was cerebral edema. I've tried looking for it in the CPT book but the craniotomy w/ lobectomy codes that I'm seeing are used for long-term seizure monitoring. Hopefully there is a code and I'm just overlooking it. Thanks for anyones help.
