Good afternoon!! I have a report that indicates the patient had a MCA Aneurysm with calcifications that required stacked clips. I'm good with coding this 61697. However, there were 2 more aneurysms; one cotton wrapped and one simple clipped. I am at a loss on how to code these as the simple treatment of these 61700 cannot be billed in the same setting with 61697. Would you use a mod 22 on the 61697?? Thank you for your input!!
