We have a patient with a subdural hematoma who previously had a shunt placed. We went in and did a Left porterior frontal crani for evacuation of hematoma. We also went through the old incision and occluded the ride sided occipital ventricular catheter with a weck clip. How would you code this occlusion of the catheter?
