Is there a CPT code for a procedure similar to the description of CPT 61597 except for the approach and that the resection was performed on C3-C5. Decompression of vertebral artery was performed as well as osteophytectomy. CPT 63075 is an option, but it doesn't capture the vertebral artery decompression. Any help will be appreciated.
 
I also have a case with a ACDF at C5/C6 with vertebral artery decompression. We are using 22551, 22845,59, 22853, 20930 along with an unlisted code of 22899 with 25% increase and we are using for comparison 35701 since we are doing more than exposure of the vessel.
