Hello
Can anyone help provide some guidance as to whether a provider has to request both E0745(STIMULATOR, NEUROMUSCULAR, ELECTRONIC SHOCK UNIT) and E0731 (TENS OR NMES, CONDUCTIVE GARMENT)- billed together? How many garments can the provider request ?.
Any advice is welcome!
