I am working for an optometrist that is also a Neurotherapist. We are having trouble getting the nuerotherpay paid at a rate the justifies the the work the doctor is doing. I know that this a reason why many doctors who do neurotherapy opt not to take insurance for it. But since the doctor also does regular Optometry with exams and does take insurance for that, can he opt out of taking insurance for the neuro?
