Does anyone know if it is possible to code 93621 with 93653?? The doc did the left atrial pacing along with 93653. I know it has to use this add on code with 93620 but 93620 cannot be used with 93653. Under 93653 it only has not to use 93653 in conjunction with 93618-93620 (and others), does this mean that 93621 CAN be used with 93653???
