open reduction an dpercutaneous pinnin of left ring finger, proximal interphalangeal joint dislocation with volar plate arthroplasty
a bruner type incision was made and centered over the proximal interphalangeal joint. The a-3 pulley was incised obliquely as an access to the proximal interphalangeal joint . k-wire in a crossing direction to maintain reduction as it was reduced.
Next, a micro Mitek bone anchor in the middle phalanx as the volor plate was complely torn away from the middle phalanx. Sutures were used to repair the volar plate.
I believe the cpt code is 26776 but not sure.
