Wiki new billing software

I'm working for a physician billing/practice management company. We are starting to look for new billing software and would welcome as many opinions as possible. We have fairly large volume so we are looking for something that is very user friendly without having to go through a million screens just to post a charge or a payment. Your help is appreciated!!

Look at Medent... It is very simple to use compared to other systems like Meditech, Greenway, Perfectcare.

Has anyone heard of Open EMR? If so how do you like it?
