Wiki New BX codes for 2019 vs. correct CCI

Has anyone had the issue where the National CCI that were set up for these new BX codes does not match the CMS CCI edits?

any if so which one are you going by?

New BX codes

We are using Inga Ellzey Derm coder. Are you having problems getting paid on the new codes? The modifiers from 2018 do not pertain to 2019. Have you seen any articles that I can refer to?

Specialty Biopsies and addtitional biopsies

We are having a hard time getting additional biopsies paid in conjunction with specialty biopsy.
For example:

69100
11102
11103

All codes will be paid except for 11103. Any advice?

Put modifier 59 on the 11103. I know it's not logical, but it is required.
