How do you determine the price for a new CPT code from the category III, such as 0715T for physician office?

Yes, price is supposed to be determined by comparing the price of an established CPT code, close to that description.

I had just asked this same question in another thread talking about this code 0715T. What code would you use to compare this one too for pricing? I am having issues with getting our corporate office to load this code without a Medicare fee schedule.

We may start billing a CAT III code too. Benchmark it to an established CPT code with similar work and time effort and price the same. Check with your payors to see how they reimburse unlisted codes.
