Am I understanding that the 93458 is the only code used for a left heart cath with an LV?
I would appreciate anyones input on this. Bobbi at kritterkamp@ymail.com
 
Yes. Left heart cath w/ coronaries (with left ventriculography when performed) is just code 93458 now.
