New code for clinical staff collecting PHI?

Hi everybody, I attended the MGMA Financial conference recently and I heard there is a new code that can be used to bill for clinical staff collecting PHI. Is this accurate? If so, does anyone know what code/s these are? thank you!
 
I'm not sure what you mean by "collecting PHI." Even demographics information is included in PHI.
What service is the clinical staff providing that you are looking to bill for?
