Can a physician that did not do a c-section on a patient do the post-op care for the patient? If so, would this still be considered in the global post-op or could the physician bill the antepartum services with a different CPT and if so, which CPT?

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Generally the delivering physician would be the physician who would see the patient for post op.
