Femoral shaft fracture

Looking at 27502, but unsure about manipulation and knee imobilizer.

note reads:
the leg was straightened with longitudinal traction and a very-well padded dressing was applied from the mid calf to the thigh and the patient was placed in a knee immobilizer.

Any help is appreciated.

i would say 27502 is correct and for the knee immobilizer use L1830 because you can code for the supply as well if given in the office.
