Wiki new coder needs help with simple repair of hand lacerations

If you have lacerations to a right and left hand, do you still add the total laceration size together since it's both on the hands or is this coded as two separate codes because it is a laceration on the left hand and a laceration on the right hand/

Skin is one organ with no laterality so you add all the lengths together for the same type of repair.
