I have a orthopedic surgeon that evaluated an inpt and did closed manipulation on a fracture the same day. Can I bill the evaluation with a mod 25 and also bill the closed reduction on the same day? Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you.

my opinion

yes , apply M-25 to EM following with dx ( site of fracture), and rown down the procedure for manipulation

Look at modifier -57 - If the procdures has 90 days post op period use this modifier
