I have a physician who wants to code 99291 as well as 92950 and 36620. The A-line and Code Blue were done separately from the critical care time. Am I able to bill for all or not the 99291? Please help!! Thank you in advance!
 
CPT Guidelines

Read the CPT Guidelines carefully. You'll find the answer to your question there. If the procedures are NOT on the list of procedures which are already included in 99291/99292, then you may code them separately. You'll need a modifier on your E/M code(s).

I agree with that but my supervisor states that it is inclusive so I wanted to get additional opinions. Thank you for your help!
