How long did it take you to get the hang of it? Feeling a little discouraged. I started a coding job a few weeks ago, and some things I feel like I'm catching on, but then there are some I just feel like my brain is swimming with codes and rules, etc. I enjoy coding, but wish I have already grasped it by now.

Don't give up. You made the big step of already getting certified, so you have a foundation! The key is going to be learning and becoming an expert in your specialty. It's going to take a few months to get over the hump of feeling overwhelmed, but celebrate little victories! Google, review CPT assistant, pour through your reference materials, and read, read, read. It gets better with time, and we are all learning!
