Is there a new CPT code for the topic of contraception? One of the OB-GYNs that I work withsaid she heard there was.

I work for a dr's office in arizona, in the billing dept.

My dr's administer depo provera (contraception shot) to patients. I was informed the new code for depo provera is J1050 with 150 units. Therefore the price would be about $112.75 or so...
