Although I have only recently been AAPC certified for CPC in ICD-10, I have had extensive experience in working remotely, including having been a customer service supervisor for American Express. I have a strong work ethic and well-disciplined in meeting deadlines with little or no supervision. I learn quickly and am able to adapt easily to new software programs. I would like to also point out that I have worked most recently in the insurance industry providing Medicare Supplement and Long Term Care policies, which have required reasonable knowledge in those medical areas.
I have attached a resume outlining my qualifications. Some of my key strengths include:

• Exceptional capacity to enter new environments and begin to produce clear-cut results right from the start with well developed technical and communications skill.
• Utilized conflict resolution skills and made sound, defensible decisions while resolving client concerns/issues
