New CPC-A looking for Job Opportunity

I passed my CPC-A exam just recently and I started looking and for a job related to Medical Coding and Billing to get foot in the door. I have been getting a lot of rejection letters because of no prior experience to this field. I am hoping to get any help and would really appreciate. I am living here in Mira Mesa San Diego.
