New End of Life Consultation

My docs have come to me regarding Medicare's new rule that will allow billing for end of life consults.....I have been unable to find any "codes" both CPT and DX codes......anyone???

they are probably talking about the new advance care planning codes which you can find in the 2015 CPT book along with the instructional information on their use.
 
My physician just came to me about these codes also, The "final rule doesn't take place until in Jan - & it will create new codes to pay for the advance care planning - The article I read didn't say what the "codes" would be. But that it would be reimbursable.
