I will go thru the article posted above. Does anyone have information from the companies Cook Zenith, Medtronic, Endologix that corresponds to the new codes? They have reimbursement sheets on their website that with the old codes had the exact CPT you would bill based on the specific type of graft used. If anyone has this info, I would greatly appreciate it.
