New G Codes for 2025

I am still learning the coding for urology and nephrology and one of my providers read that beginning in 2025 there are new G codes that can be used. They are G0556, G0557, and G0558. Does anyone have any advance to give me regarding the new G codes. Thanks.

Hi @csrigney26@outlook Level 1 (G0556) is for persons with one chronic condition; Level 2 (G0557) is for persons with two or more chronic conditions; and Level 3 (G0558) is for persons with two or more chronic conditions and status as a Qualified Medicare Beneficiary. I think this would be helpful
