New grad from S.C. looking to get foot in door.

Hello,
I have recently completed schooling as a coding/medical billing specialist and I am currently trying for the cpc exam certification. I have a resume and will send to anyone interested.
I am looking to get my foot in the door at either a hospital or physician office. Willing to do registration/front desk and work my way up the ladder.
