Two different hearing tests are ordered for next visit. Since each test has a different CPT we can count as 2 points under Data Review. (92557 and 92567)
Provider orders 1 more hearing test for an annual visit with same CPT as is being ordered for next visit (92557)
How many points under tests ordered may we count?
The tests are ordered by our ENT and performed by audiology in our practice. Audiologists perform and bill hearing tests themselves with their own cpt's,
But our MD orders another set of hearing tests during office visit for next future visit or 6 month or annual follow up visit.
