Wiki New J code for Methyl prednisolone acetate

Are all the insurance companies now using the new J code, J1010 for methylprednisolone acetate as of April 1, 2024. We tried billing billing UHC and it came back as an invalid code. Has anyone else had trouble with J1010 being rejected also?

I have the same question..........with an added do we use mod JZ for a wasting of meds amount? if it is single use vial and only 80 mg was used.
