Has anyone looked at the new LCD for MAC Anesthesia for Novitas?

They have eliminated the V58.83 and there are no covered diagnosis codes for malignant or benign lesion removals (00300 and 00400).

I was wondering if anyone else had a chance to look at it and how they intend to apply it.
