New LE Revascularization Codes - not in fee schedule

The new codes are not yet updated in the payor's fee schedule ..so, we are receiving denials as the CPT is invalid. Is there any solution for this...
 
Hello,
Yes recently we have received denial for noncovered from Molina turquoise due to no fee schedule from New Mexico Medicaid since Molina goes based on New Mexico fee schedule. Is there anything you guys did? We currently file an appeal due to Molina directly approving service under the authorization received.
