Hi All,
1.) Does the following suppports for 99204-Dx. 042 with seasonal allergy
HPI - Comprehensive
PE - comprehensive
MDM- 1.) Dx. 042 + workup Venipuncture only BUT no RX. because the Provider will wait for the laboratory result.
2.) 477.9 Rx. with Claritin
2.) And if the visit is 042 ONLY and the HPI, PE all Comprehensive and the MDM, 042 did a Venipuncture No RX, No Counseling and Referrals=Does this still qualifies for 99204?
