Trying to find information on Medicare Physician Specialty codes - specifically EP. We have a new carrier and finding info on their website is difficult, to say the least. I seem to remember EP and Sports Medicine are recognized as specialties as of 7/5/11, but can't find the actual documentation to support it.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
