We were performing and Oral Food challenge in clinic today, and not even halfway through the challenge the patient experienced anaphylaxis. The challenge was stopped and emergency meds were given.

My question is this: Is anaphylaxis in this scenario considered a New problem or is it an Established problem worsening?
