We are currently working on updating our provider on-boarding process. Would you please share with us your current process and associated documentation. We are looking specifically at what topics you cover, how much time you spend providing the training, and also the modes of training you are utilizing.

New Provider

We have just gone to an electronic format. However, in compliance we will still do our portion live. After that, the provider has to meet one on one with the designated compliance for a more in depth meeting (Specialty billing regs, services etc). That can last 1 to 2 hours depending on specialty. This is mandatory.
