Am coding for a new pt child..was scheduled for a new pt well visit but could not be completed due to child wanting to breast feed. Some components of the well visit were comepleted, but not all Can this be billed as v20.2 w/new pt E&M or as a new pt preventivite w/mod 52 (reduced sevices)? In some of my research it is indicating 52 modifier applies to procedural services. Would like some other peoples opinions, thanks for the help in advance.
