Good Afternoon,
Need a couple extra braincells on this rainy afternoon. New pt in office for hematuria. Culture ordered, being referred to urologist for further workup. No other significant dxs or chronic conditions, no other testing, imaging or diagnostic tests, no meds or other treatment. I'm coming up with a 99202. Just need a sanity check that I'm not missing something or need to consider anything else.
