Please help:
If a FNP worked at an Urgent Care Facility and now is working with a Physcian Group Practice would a pt be billed as a new pt or est pt if the FNP saw this pt at the Urgent Care facililty? The new FNP is no longer working at the Urgent Care Facililty.

Thanks,
Anna

A patient that was seen by the FNP previously at the UCF, now being seen by the FNP at a different group practice, will be established. It doesn't matter that the new practice is completely different.

Hope this helps!
