Hello all.. New to thread and getting my feet wet. Currently working in General surgery/Bariatric Surgery office as prior auth /front desk support. Been in healthcare for 20 years . Started off in Chiropractic office, moved on to Hospital HIM department, Care Management Assistant within Care Mangement office and relocated to Finger Lakes region of NY 7 years ago and was hired by my current office. Just found this thread and for sure going to keep eye on it for tips and tricks and support.
