How do you code a situation such as this: Home health is given an order to draw blood (which they do). The blood is brought to our clinic for processing. How do you code the processing part?

I think home health would charge the venipuncture and E/M iff applicable for their services, and your office would charge the appropriate lab code for whatever test you ran.
