Will the insurance pay for a patient to have Propofol with a flexible sigmoidoscopy?
Will the insurance pay for a patient to have conscious sedation with a flexible sigmoidoscopy?
May conscious sedation be administered by an RN in Georgia?
May conscious sedation be administered by a CRNA in Georgia?
 
You will need to contact the insurance companies with these questions. Each payor has their own policy regarding reimbursement for anesthesia billing.
