Would love to have any info for South Carolina,forms on how you keep track,etc anything would be appreciated
 
Hi Kathy, I am not from South Carolina (pretty far away actually) but there is a website that I found through this forum that has many, many types of forms that can be downloaded, and if you can't find it there, her website can direct you to one that can.
