Can someone please help me code this:
bile duct was deeply cannulated with the short-nosed traction autome. contrast was injected. the main bile duct was diffusely dialate. the largest diameter was 18mm. the main bile duct contained 3 stones, the larges was 10mm. 0.035inch x260cm straight Hydra Jagwire was passed into the biliary tree. 10mm biliary sphincterotomy was made with Autotome spinctertotome using ERBE electrocautery. biliary tree was swept with a 15mm balloon starting at the bifurcation. 3 stones wer removed. one 7cm biliary stent was placed.....
Codes billed were 43262, 43268 & 43272....are there any other codes that should have been billed?
