Hello :o
I am new to coding/billing for lab tests and I have a quick question about an abbreviation that is on my lab slip. We are billing for a Female Wellness Panel and the last test is "3UP" What does that stand for?? I have been pulling my hair out trying to look up in the CPT book. Thank You for this help!!!!
 
I'm a 30+ year veteran to lab/path billing and I have never seen that abbreviation before. I'd recommend contacting the source to find out what it means.
