Wiki New to OB coding and I have multiple procedures

Preoperative Dx and Postoperative Dx:
1. Grade 3 vault prolapse
2. Cystocele
3. Stress Urinary Incontinence

Operation/Procedure:
1. Abdominal Sacral Colpopexy
2. Rt Salpingo-oophorectomy
3. Anterior Vaginal Repair
4. Pubovaginal Sling
5. Ahesiolysis

I'm completely new to OB coding. I usually do Family Practice so I have no idea whats bundled or unbundled and how to code this at all. I was coming up with 57280 and 58720 then confused myself and I thought maybe 57288 for the Sling. Any help with coding this would be great. Thank you.

In this 1.Rt Salpingo-oophorectomy
2.Abdominal Sacral Colpopexy(includes Anterior Vaginal Repair)
3. Pubovaginal Sling
4.Ahesiolysis
But Use 59 modifier wherever necessary and these 4 procedures i think it can be coded togather.
