Hello everyone,
Could you please help me? I am trying to precertify an upcoming surgery and want to make sure that I have the correct codes. He is doing posterior/ posterolateral technique arthrodesis from L2 all the way to the ilium. Would this be 22612 for the first then 22614 for the 3 additional levels?
