Hello All..new to urology and had a question. Can you bill 57288 and 57287 together with different diagnosis of course!! And we also did a 51798 bladder scan a couple of weeks later which falls under 90 day global..we attached a 58 modifier but it was kicked out because they said it was a wrong modifier!! Thank you in advance for any help!!

depending on the ins carrier you can bill several ways.....some carriers want a 79 on it and some will take it with a 59 unbundle mod - as for 57288 and 57289 billed together - i don't see anything in CCI so it should be ok - suggest a 51 on the lesser RUV - sometimes something is better than nothing
