We have a family practice with a general surgeon. If the family practice doctor refers his patient to the general surgeon, the general surgeon should still be able to charge this as a new patient correct? The billing is being submitted under his individual NPI.
 
Good afternoon,
I work for a group psychotherapy practice. A current client of the practice seeing a new therapist within the group. Can I bill for an initial eval?
